Had been to this store three times before purchasing. Not once did they say the cabinets needed to be assembled. The day I went to pick up, they had me sign a paper saying to use a nail gun and that they did not accept open box items. They assured me it was easy to do. So I purchased them. The directions were helpless and the draws of the cabinets did not close properly. Worst experience by far. Took the cabinets back but was unable to return the three I built. Although the cabinets had a mark in which one needs to drill, the cabenits still came out wrong. Now we have to wait two more weeks before we have a kitchen. Decided to pay someone to make the cabinets instead of installing Chinese made ones.
