This is the first time I've owned a Toyota so I've never had a dealership experience quite like this. The first thing to note is that there are a LOT of people who want to have their cars maintained on the weekend. Luckily, this dealership is fairly efficient in getting you checked in for the amount of cars. I normally have my car checked in within about 10 minutes. They have a nice theater room where you can sit down and enjoy movies, and they also give you a free coffee that you can redeem from the Subway. I normally get my car back in a reasonable amount of time for routine maintenance. Most of the people I have worked with have been pretty friendly and helpful.
