Call the company, they put you on hold and either disconnect after 15 minutes or have you leave a message and promise to call you back. The never call back. Got to tech support and he said"no problem, go to Tru Value for battery. I went there and a dozen other places and no luck. I just got an email from Reflections a week after my last inquiry. "Unfortunately we no longer make that item and do not have batteries or replacements for it. We apologize for the inconvenience. " According to their website they still carry this product.
